W00t! Flickr is fun to view photos. Especially the numbers. Yesterday Flickr announced the stats are now available for your photos - only to Pro account users who paid $25 per year for having a unlimited photos and huge amount of bandwidth. The data includes the traditional stats, such as most views, search engine referrers, breakdown of photo stats including count of your public photos, geotagging, interestingness, most favorites/comments and what can I say more?
I would like to share what you of my own Flickr account listed the ranked, 'Interestingness' since 2004:
PPG Place: The Water Feature - most comments and favorites of all time
Nintendo Gameboy & DS Series - most viewed of all time
Powerbook portable carrying bag
Kennywood Park
Underwater
Loch Ness Monster - hilarious and unexpected captured at right time
Infinite Flickr #83

Wild 'n Wet
As of December 14, 2007, the most viewed (visitor hits) individual photos in my Flickr site, Nintendo Gameboy & DS Series came first, followed by Wild 'n Wet and Underwater
in rank order. I am not providing the number of views in my blog entry
because those number tend to change (increase) almost daily. You can
find out yourself to view the individual photo number of views on each link in
this paragraph here.
Now, I am saying in my mind: Where are Deaf Flickrs?
Sure, I'm profoundly deaf, and there are incredible professional photos in Flickr's 'Explore' page across the world, and I'm probably known those are all posted by hearing people. I had an imagination that I would like to show what Deaf photography can do it - for an example - Gallaudet alumni, Hui Zhang, aka orangezippo is involved.
Other than Flickr, can anybody explain to me why Tate Tullier, the most intense and prolific Deaf photographer in Internet, isn't participated in Flickr? He got all his photo uploaded in his own Xanga blog site, and another same Xanga here.
My opinion that Flickr is the champion of photo sharing and part of social network, could be amazing if more Deafies join Flickr in world of web 2.0....

del.icio.us
