Better to give AND Receive

csd-dlink.jpg
I received the email from Communication Service for the Deaf (CSD) Video Relay Services (VRS) or CSDVRS, the first paragraph stated:
CSDVRS is redistributing DLinks to people in need of a videophone. If you have a DLink you don’t use anymore, you can help those in need, and we’ll send you $25 as a bonus for your generosity.
It looks like CSD are losing the competition to Sorenson due upgrade hardware features like VP-200? I don't see CSD bringing out the upgrade DLink videophone hardware, just like Sorenson's VP-200 does. I went into web form to fill this out and instructions how to return DLink, and CSD will give the aged DLink videophone to deafies who are "far-behind" with technologies.

$25 dollar is better than nothing, I am going to push this for my time to send this aged Dlink videophone since I have newer hardware version of Sorenson's VP-200 with me.
