Try this:

1. Go to Google web site.

2. Type "failure" (without the quotations).

3. Lastly, click on the "I'm Feeling Lucky" button to see the result.

Did Google did on their purpose?

UPDATE (9:12pm): This is what is known as a Google Bomb. Find more info about this in Snopes and Wikipeida's juicy depth of exhaustive list of Google Bomb. Hmm, I think I can tell that Google doesn't like United States government so much.
