Everyday I had to take a bus to work in rush mornings and early evenings for five days a week. Every time I ride the bus in morning for 50 minutes and 40 minutes for heading back home from work. What is the total? One hour and 30 minutes each weekday from Monday to Friday. I usually park the park 'n ride lot and wait for bus to come. I only spend 44 dollars of tickets per month to ride the bus.
What am I doing in the bus during my commuting? I bring my portable game system, Nintendo DS or Sony PSP to keep me busy and kill the time while I am sitting my ass on the bus seat for 40-50 minutes.
I have seen most of people bring and uses laptop, walkman & iPod, and book in daily commute. Some people don't have portable items and they may take seat and nap, watching outside from the bus windows, talking to themselves or daydreaming.
