Have you wondered how many individual blog tools Deaf people use? Thanks to DeafBlogs.net, there are total 149 Deaf bloggers links, some of them have own domain names, and others uses provider web hosting sites ready to use blog. Here is the breakdown of the most popular for Deaf to use the blog tools:
Xanga - 75
Blogger - 31
LiveJournal - 17
Others - 14
MovableType - 6
B2Evolution - 1
Blog.com - 1
Blogster - 1
Greymatter - 1
MSN Spaces - 1
WordPress - 1
Xanga is the most popular choice for Deaf social bloggers, and I notice Blogger is the choice talented writers for the Deaf. I have seen most of young Deaf adolescent and older teenager use LiveJournal, even in collegiate.
I am currently using Movable Type, the one of best manual blog tools for long time and I had been using this for more than two years, and very happy with this features.
Finally, The 'Others', I am not sure the name of blog tools, it could be likely self-built HTML blog independently or less-popularity & unheard name blog tools.
The interesting part to see how Deaf popularity chose their blog tools to use on their sites from DeafBlogs.net.
