Via Ke5ter, I found the Forbes' interesting article about ten ways to kick you life better and better:

1. Don't oversleep - I'm glad that I reduce over the time taking naps when I have job.

2. Be optimistic - During my college times, I am totally stressful over my time the schedule of classes and activities to earn my degree and experience. Today, I got degree and job which help me to reduce stress more time now.

3. Have more sex - Yeah, be creative with that actions. Forget Viagra.

4. Get a pet - Better to have dog than cat. I'm not talking about Nintendogs.

5. Get a VAP - It's risk of cholesterol levels. Care your body and blood.

6. Be rich - "One possible explanation for this is that higher incomes permit access to better food and housing, safer neighborhoods and increased medical care. Higher incomes also increase the opportunity to engage in health-promoting behaviors." Agreed, also if you are less than 30K annualy, manage the smart way with the your financial to act like a rich.

7. Stop smoking - According to Mellon Health News, people spending the cigarette between $1,000 and $1,500 annualy for smoking.

8. Chill out - Control your mind away from anger. Patience. Respect.

9. Eat your antioxidants - Think everyday to eat healthy food to become addicitive -- food-olhic.

10. Marry well - Sell your soul away then marry a couple, and put in circle of trust, and the better the life to have children, and will have a new soul to grow. Chill out!

If I met the requirements above, I might be celebrating in year 2077 with extra-terrestrial.
