I received a letter from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) about NTID Professional Fellowship Program (PFP). The motto says: I could get master’s degree and the tuition is free! The letter says:

The NTID PFP offers you:
- a full tuition waiver
- an annual stipend of up to $15,000 as wages for part-time employment (job-related training in positions such as teaching assistant, tutor, laboratory assistant, program analyst, web designer, systems programmer and more)
- free housing in one of the residence halls on campus if you agree to participate as a role model in student life programs
- Be U.S. citizen CHECK
- Have a 70 decibel or greater hearing loss in the better ear, unaided CHECK
- Have received a bachelors degree from an accredited postsecondary institution CHECK
- Be accepted into a master’s degree program at Rochester Institute of Technology
